Crunchy Plus: professional rubble crusher for large productions
When volumes don’t allow for interruptions, you need a jaw crusher designed to handle continuous cycles of reinforced concrete, construction rubble, and stone materials. Crunchy Plus processes 6-7 m³/hour, is loaded by excavator, and integrates with a conveyor belt for a bottleneck-free operating flow.
Available in mobile construction site or stationary yard configuration.

Why choose Crunchy Plus?
The construction crusher for those who work at full capacity
On a structural demolition site or in an aggregate processing yard, the bottleneck is almost never the machine's strength, but the continuity of the cycle.
Material accumulates under the outlet, the operator slows the load, and the cycle is interrupted.
Crunchy Plus is designed to eliminate this problem: a hopper sized for mechanical loading, provision for a conveyor belt, and a Hardox® structure that withstands abrasion without sagging between overhauls.
Continuous cycle, no accumulation
With the inline Crunchy conveyor belt, the crushed material is continuously discharged while loading continues. The cycle is uninterrupted, hourly throughput remains constant, and the operator works without having to manage buildup under the outlet.
When the going gets tough
Hardox® structural steelwork withstands the abrasion of reinforced concrete, sandstone, and lava rock over long periods of time. This means fewer replacements of wear parts, resulting in a lower cost per cubic meter produced over time.
Mobile or stationary: same machine, two different construction sites
Crunchy Plus is suitable for both mobile construction sites (multi-site demolition, rotational work) and aggregate processing yards where the machine operates in a fixed position, integrated with a conveyor and storage system. The same machine, two distinct operating configurations.
What Crunchy Plus Crushes
Crunchy Plus processes rigid and brittle mineral materials: concrete, brick, natural stone, ceramic, and glass. Details for each application are provided below.

Do you work with marble, granite, or basalt?
Marble, granite, basalt, porphyry, quartzite: highly hard and abrasive-resistant materials that require a machine specifically designed to withstand the impact. Crunchy Compact Stone is the high-performance version of Crunchy Compact, built for the stone industry and for those who work with semi-precious stone every day.
How it works and technical specifications
Crunchy Plus follows the classic jaw crusher principle: the material enters the upper hopper, sized to accommodate large, mechanically loaded pieces, and descends into the crushing chamber where it is compressed between the fixed jaw and the movable Hardox® jaw. The movable jaw operates continuously, progressively reducing the material to the grain size set by adjusting the slit.
The 6-7 m³/hour production rate is the direct result of three factors: generously sized loading mouth, sufficient torque to handle reinforced concrete slabs without cycle losses, and a structure that does not accumulate heat over long shifts. The output grain size is coarser than the Compact, making it ideal for road bases, trench filling, and stabilization where fine calibrated aggregate is not required.
Compared to a fixed crushing plant, Crunchy Plus offers the advantage of mobility: it can be positioned where the construction site needs it, not the other way around, with all that this entails in terms of raw material transportation costs and operational flexibility. The yard configuration, with stationary installation and integration with a conveyor belt, is the ideal solution for those managing an aggregate collection center or a continuous-cycle recovery plant.

Choose the right configuration for you
Crunchy Plus is designed for construction sites that can't afford to compromise on production. If you work on moving demolitions or manage a fixed-cycle aggregate treatment yard, Crunchy Plus is the perfect solution thanks to its dual configuration.
Where and how to use your new Crunchy Compact
Structural demolitions
Reinforced concrete slabs, columns, and load-bearing structures: this is where Crunchy Plus truly shines. Its ability to support large, mechanically loaded sections and the abrasion resistance of its Hardox® framework reduce downtime and lower disposal costs per cubic meter handled.
Aggregate processing yards
In a stationary configuration with a conveyor belt, Crunchy Plus becomes the heart of a mobile aggregate crushing plant: continuous production, organised flow, aggregates ready for resale or reuse on subgrades and fills.
Recovery of bricks and screeds on large surfaces
Renovations of industrial buildings, warehouses, large commercial areas: when the volumes of bricks and screeds to be managed are significant, Crunchy Plus drastically reduces the number of transports to landfill, transforming a fixed cost into the production of reusable aggregate.
Professional glass crushing
Structural glazing, windows, and thick panes: Crunchy Plus manages glass crushing for volume reduction and optimized disposal. This is an often overlooked application, particularly relevant for commercial renovations.

Yes. It crushes the mineral component, freeing the reinforcing bars, which can be extracted separately and sent for recycling. It is one of the most common applications in structural demolition.
Yes. Crunchy Plus requires three-phase power, which is standard on professional construction sites and yards with adequate connections.
Yes. The yard configuration is designed precisely for this: fixed installation, integration with a conveyor belt, and continuous operational flow for aggregate treatment centers.
The grain size is coarse, suitable for road subbases, excavation fills, and stabilization. The adjustable slot allows the outlet to be adapted to the needs of the construction site.
Yes, Crunchy Plus is natively designed for integration with Crunchy conveyor belts, available in lengths from 3 to 6 meters.
