Crushing rubble on small construction sites
When combined with Crunchy Compact, the conveyor belt transports the crushed material directly out of the work area, eliminating the need for manual bag handling and speeding up the clearing of the area.
When crushed material accumulates under the outlet, the cycle stops. Crunchy conveyor belts eliminate this problem: rubber belt, sturdy structure, and quick fastening for a continuous flow of rubble, debris, and rubble from the crusher to storage, without operational interruptions.
Available in different lengths and configurations to suit any construction site layout.
Lengths from 3 to 6 m
Herringbone rubber mat
1.1 kW electric motor
Quick attachment to Innocenti structure

Why choose Crunchy conveyor belts?
A crusher that works well but discharges into an unmanaged area is still a bottleneck. The Crunchy conveyor belt was designed to close the cycle: the crushed material is continuously evacuated, the work area remains free, and the operator does not have to interrupt loading to manage accumulations.
Request a quoteWith the conveyor belt in line, the crusher outlet does not become clogged. The material is transported directly to the storage or loading area, maintaining a constant production rate throughout the entire shift.
The herringbone rubber belt ensures grip on the material even on inclined sections, reducing the slippage of irregular pieces such as rubble and debris. The steel structure withstands continuous stress without deformation over time.
The Innocenti structure allows for installation in just a few minutes, even on short-term construction sites or in urban spaces where setup times affect margins. Assemble, work, disassemble.
Crunchy conveyor belts are designed to transport demolition and crushing materials on construction sites. They work with all inert materials produced by Crunchy crushers and with any granular material or material compatible with the width of the belt.
Crunchy conveyor belts are available in lengths from 3 to 6 m with 1.1 kW electric motor, herringbone rubber belt, and steel support structure. Fastening to Innocenti tubing allows for quick configuration on site without specialized equipment.
The troughed roller geometry contains the transported material laterally, reducing the dispersion of irregular pieces along the belt and cutting down on cleaning time at the end of the shift. The standard electric motor is suitable for construction sites with a mains connection; for construction sites without a power supply, consider integrating a stand-alone generator.
The width of the conveyor belt and the maximum recommended angle of inclination vary depending on the length chosen. Contact us for the configuration best suited to your operational layout.

The length of the conveyor belt determines the operating distance between the crushing point and the storage or loading area. Choosing the correct length means eliminating residual manual handling without oversizing the plant.
Contact us for your configurationWhen combined with Crunchy Compact, the conveyor belt transports the crushed material directly out of the work area, eliminating the need for manual bag handling and speeding up the clearing of the area.
When configured with Crunchy Plus, the belt creates a continuous flow crushing system: the material enters the machine, is crushed, and discharged directly into the container or storage area without manual intervention.
On large-scale demolition projects, the conveyor belt eliminates the service shovel from the cycle, reducing the number of operators required and maintaining a constant production rate throughout the entire shift.
For transporting earth and excavated material from areas that are inaccessible to vehicles, the construction site conveyor belt is the fastest solution: it can be set up in a matter of minutes, works without interruption, and can be removed just as quickly.
They are natively designed for integration with Crunchy models, but can also be used as independent systems for transporting materials on construction sites.
The capacity varies depending on the length, inclination, and material transported. Contact us with your construction site details for a specific assessment.
The fastening system allows the installation to be adapted to surfaces that are not perfectly flat. For very uneven ground, the construction site version with adjustable supports is the correct configuration.
Clean rollers at the end of each shift and periodically check the alignment of the conveyor belt. The steel structure and roller bearings do not require frequent maintenance under normal conditions of use.
The standard motor is a 1.1 kW electric motor. For construction sites without a grid connection, please contact us to evaluate the configuration with an autonomous generator.
Fewer operators involved in clearing, continuous crushing cycle, tidier construction site. Contact us to choose the right length and configuration for your operational layout.
